BNWAS — Privacy Policy

BNWAS ("the App") is a personal watch-discipline timer for mariners, developed by Tymur Rudov ("the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

Short version

BNWAS does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing being collected.

Data collection

The App collects no data whatsoever. Specifically:

• No personal information (name, email, phone number, location).
• No usage analytics or behavioural tracking.
• No crash reports or diagnostics sent to the Developer.
• No cookies, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
• No health data (the App does not access HealthKit or any biometric sensors).

Network access

BNWAS makes zero network requests. The App is entirely offline. It does not connect to any server, API, or third-party service. It contains no ads, no SDKs, and no embedded web views.

On-device audio

The App uses the iOS background-audio capability solely to play a locally generated alarm tone when the device is locked. The audio is synthesised on-device and is never recorded or transmitted.

Third-party services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, analytics tools, advertising networks, or social media SDKs.

Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected, the App complies with COPPA, GDPR-K, and similar regulations by design.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of BNWAS introduces any form of data collection or network communication, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that version is released. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
